Victory Sports Terms of Service

Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Victory Sports is not responsible for pricing errors or typographical mistakes. If an error is discovered, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order.

Payment
All payments must be completed before orders are processed. We accept the payment methods available at checkout. Orders will not be produced or shipped until payment is received in full.

Custom and Team Orders
Custom jerseys, team kits, personalized items, and bulk team orders are made specifically for each customer and are final sale once production begins. These items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error caused by Victory Sports.

Customers are responsible for confirming sizes, spelling, numbers, colors, and design approvals before submitting an order.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Victory Sports is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect customer information.

Once an order has shipped, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability
Victory Sports is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention
By placing an order, you agree to contact Victory Sports first to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in order cancellation and account restriction.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately when posted.
