Victory Sports Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Custom team orders or bulk orders may require additional processing time. If an item is custom made, production time will be communicated before shipment.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States using USPS.
Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high demand periods.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. An order is considered delivered when the carrier marks it as delivered.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Victory Sports is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered but not received. If a package shows as delivered, the customer must contact USPS to investigate. We will assist with filing a claim when possible.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Victory Sports is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
