Victory Sports Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Victory Sports. Because many of our products are team kits, limited edition jerseys, and custom style items, the following policy applies.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Custom and Team Orders

Custom jerseys, team kits, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.

Please double check sizes, names, and numbers before placing custom orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email at victory10sports@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will review your claim and, if approved, we will provide a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

Returns and Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
